Flexi blocks are set numbers of days you can purchase in advance to provide that critical support you need to help you over the peaks and troughs of your system life span. You choose as few or as many days as you need along with the relevant SLA deployment times required.  The more days you buy the greater the cost benefits.
Flexi days - supplement support to cover your own gaps in resource or the services provided by TEMENOS or SAP under a support and maintenance agreement.
