BSA endorses Bishop Cavanagh to conduct independent survey
The Building Society Association (BSA) has endorsed Bishop Cavanagh to conduct an independent survey on behalf of the BSA into the latest principle based FSA regulations around Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). The focus of the research was around the new TCF regulations’ impact on the Building Societies and how ready they are to meet the critical deadlines.
Following the research with the BSA relating to the Treating Customers Fairly regulations, the BSA have invited Bishop Cavanagh to attend their members TCF workshop. Based on the research findings and their in-depth knowledge of the financial services market place, Bishop Cavanagh has developed a software solution that will help the building societies demonstrate fairness to customers at the point of sale.
This solution was developed, as it is clear from the research, that there is a need to help societies help their customers find the right product to meet their current needs and circumstances. Trinity is a unique solution which supports users and indeed customers directly via multichannels such as the internet, to find the right product, evidence this to the customer and indeed the FSA if required. Around 50 building society members will attend the TCF workshop in February 2008, where the Trinity solution will be demonstrated.
